Exercises with Ropes Slide Pads is a strenuous but effective form of training, especially for the core muscles. Slide Pads can be used by themselves, combined with a sling or with a bungee cord.
This provides a large selection of exercises. Each Slide Pad has a pocket where you can place your hands and feet so that they stay firmly in place during training. The set has large pads for the feet (space for shoes) and smaller pads for the hands. Training sessions with Slide Pads must be carried out on smooth floors, such as parquet. There are four Slide Pads in a pack, one for each arm and foot.
